SHIPPING INFO:
We use the FedEx Service for all deliveries. FedEx (USPS says
average 2-3 days for delivery from time of mailing, we say it's
more like 3-6 days) is $7.95. For all APO & FPO addresses whether
you are stationed inside the U.S.A. or not. Express Mail (USPS
guarantees 1-2 days for delivery from time of mailing) is $14.00.
Unless otherwise noted on the item page, orders are shipped within
2-3 working days.
We ship multi-item orders in as few packages as possible. If you
want your items shipped as we get them in stock, for an additional
fee, note your needs in the comment section of our order form when
you check out.
You can be charged extra shipping fees if your package needs to be
reshipped due to an address error. Please verify your address
when you check out.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
You are FULLY PROTECTED against having to keep jewelry you
don't want.
Remember,
Simply inspect your jewelry carefully through the UNOPENED
PACKAGE. If there is ANYTHING you don't like, simply
contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and send it back. (This does not apply to
gold jewelry. See gold policy below.)
If you find a defect AFTER opening the package, contact us
within 24 hours of delivery for a Return Authorization Number and
send it back.

RETURN POLICY:
Call or email us for a RMA# (return authorization number). You
MUST write the RMA on the outside, front of your return
package. Any package without the RMA# on the outside front will be
refused and returned to you. There will be no exchanges or refunds
without it. NO EXCEPTIONS
GOLD POLICY:
Because of the custom nature of our gold jewelry, there are no
returns or exchanges. Our gold body jewelry is custom made to your
order and not kept in stock. Of course if you find a defect, and
nobody has yet, we will fix it.
